Selected to became a volunteer of PETROWEEK 2015 was an amazing experienced that I ever got before. I learned a lot of new things that improve my confidence and soft skills, moreover I also had a possibilities to enter a new environment and met the professional from oil and gas industries that gave me networking opportunity with them.
I am so grateful that I have had an experience became a volunteer of PETROWEEK 2016. It made me know how to manage events well, got an opportunity meeting with professionals, and the most important thing was expanding my networking with other students from many universities and also professionals from the O&G industry.
If I was being asked what is your opinion after being a volunteer on PETROWEEK 2016, I would like to say it's all about adaptation. I had never join a committee to arrange such a grand event. But here I have to step up my game. If you're prepare to adapt, you can transform.
